What devices are compatible with 2C2P softPOS?
You can install and use 2C2P softPOS with devices that are Near Field Communication (NFC)-enabled and equipped with Android 11 or higher.
Can I still use 2C2P softPOS if I already have a kiosk/POS hardware?
We may be able to work with your POS vendor to integrate our softPOS solution with your existing hardware. Please contact us for more details.
How do businesses enable 2C2P softPOS?

Once onboarded, you can simply download the app to start using it on a compatible device.
Will customers need to complete PIN or signature verification for card payments?
If a transaction exceeds the card’s contactless transaction limit, the customer will be prompted for their PIN or signature in order to proceed with payment. Contactless transaction limits may vary.
Are there receipts generated for each transaction? How can customers get a copy?
Yes, the app displays an acknowledgement screen following a successful transaction.
You will also find options to share a copy of the receipt via email, URL/link, or QR code.
How can I view previous transactions?
You can easily browse records of previous transactions in the app.
